CONSTRUCTION |
|
HPA
jet dyeing machine is developed through cooperating with
"ITO Industrial Co., Ltd. Japan.
HPA
model is designed offering multiple dyeing function. Special shape
of dyeing tank, dual purpose end construction, cloth guide
pipe, circulation pump and heat exchanger is assembled in this high
efficient model.
During
operation, fabrics reach dye through injecting flow and move to
dyeing tank either with high speed or low speed. By using special
double jacket dyeing tank and guide-roller, fabrics can move
smoothly and neatly without getting extra tension. |

Special
Features:
Super dyeing
capabilities:
Various types
of fabric, such as woven, circular knit, and non-woven fabric, heavy
or light weight ,as well as high quality fabrics-dye efficient and
perfectly. Even micro fiber, high density fabric is handled smoothly
without rope marks or dye defects.
Superior
uniform dyeing:
The main
vessel construction (double jacket type), and jet nozzle create a
very smooth fabric flow with any type of fabric or material. The
shape and double jacket construction eliminates uneven dyeing and
friction mark.
Low liquid
ratio:
Dyeing at low liquor ratios of 1:5
ratio as low as 1:5 ~ 10 offers enormous savings in chemicals and
energy. Liquor ratio can be
adjusted for customers process requirement.
High relaxing
effect:
By the
soft-flow configuration and nozzle action, false twist, high twist
and micro denier synthetic fabrics can be relaxed.
Advantages:
During
operation, by using special end construction design, fabrics fold
up into the main chamber in a regulated, tangle free manner. The
maximum speed can reach 600 M/Min.
Process of relaxing and reduction in high count and micro fiber is
available. High sensible feeling and good relaxing effect are made.
Adjustable by-pass function and special crinkle device are
suitable for nylon fiber process, such as taslon, tactel and
trifocal.
Dual purpose end construction is suitable for various fabrics
process and offers high effect in preventing from crease.
Suitable for woven or crinkle
fabrics. Adjustable crinkle effect is
available through special end design to prevent from crease and
enhance products value.
Crinkle operation is available for nylon taslon, tricobal taffeta,
polyester tricot, High count, Cotton, T/C, T/R and T/W are
suitable also.
Body design
The
special body design allows the liquor to flow unhindered in its
recirculation cycle. It also maintains regular fabric
transport in the storage section, with no tangles, minimum
compression and level dyeing.
Relaxing device
This unique feature allows the fabric coming from the jet
transport tube it stabilize and fold up into the main storage
chamber in a regulated, tangle free manner. Excellent relaxing
effect is performed.
Heat exchanger
A high
efficiency multi-tube heat exchanger allows heating from 200 c to
1300C minutes and cooling from 1300cto 800c in 15 minutes.
Circulating pump
The
high efficient head pump ensures sufficient liquor exchange at low
pressure to dye the most delicate fabrics, including polyester /
wools. Seal cooling system insures a long seal life.
Multi Function
Cloth Guide Design:
Multi
functional cloth guide design offers special suitability in
different kinds of fabrics. With bypass device, it prevent crease
mark in high count yarn and high denier fiber.
