Winding Machine (Four Axis/Five Axis/Six Axis)
Feature
The winding machine adopts horizontal split structure layout, which mainly includes winding trolley, winding nozzle, extension arm, spindle, yarn frame, dipping device, prepreg belt winding device (optional), electric control cabinet and other components. Equipped with high-precision Siemens 840D CNC control system, the tension control system adopts pneumatic servo control tensioner to control the tension of each yarn and the fiber tension measurement shows that the tension of each yarn does not affect each other, and has the function of stopping to continue to maintain tension.
The equipment can be applied to carbon fiber, glass fiber and organic fiber winding process requirements. Wet winding can be used for fiber winding of tank (equal opening and unequal opening), pipeline, sphere, cone, assembly and other rotating bodies and square products.

Six Axis Multi-Station Gantry Type Winding Machine Parameters
The fiber winding machine adopts gantry type multi-station structure, mainly composed of gantry frame, winding carriage , yarn cage and tension system, etc. It is suitable for mandrel winding with maximum effective winding length 2500mm (maximum clamping length 3500mm), maximum diameter 500mm, and maximum weight (mandrel + product) of single station 250Kg. Mainly used for large length-diameter ratio, equal opening and unequal opening cylindrical tank, small diameter spherical tank, car four type hydrogen bottle, shaft tube and other axis metrical winding parts and any combination of winding. Winding process is wet winding, winding fiber carbon fiber, glass fiber, etc., with high efficiency, high quality stability characteristics.
