Feature
Carbon fiber multi-axial warp knitting machine adopts a multi-system feeding weft device, which can be the carbon fiber in sheet shape form after online or offline fiber spreader machine, according to different coaxial direction (single axis, double axis, three axis, four axis), different gram weight range and different knitting process requirements. Single or multiple layers are laid in different directions (±45°, 0°, 90°) to achieve a single or cross-braided carbon fiber. The 0° carbon fiber warp can also be directly fed into the warp knitting machine through the conveying roller to produce, large gram weight (400g/m2 ~ 600g/m2) unidirectional carbon cloth, which can meet the needs of users for different varieties of multi-axial fabrics.
